Returns

We understand that it may be necessary for you to Return an item back to us, if this is the case please contact us via sales@velodrome.org.uk within seven days of receiving your order detailing why you would like to return the item

You will then be give the relevant return shipping address in addition to a RMA Number to identify your return

All returns are accepted at the discretion of Velodrome-STS Ltd and must be approved prior to being sent back to us

If this returns procedure is not followed, we reserve the right to not accept your item

Incorrectly Sized Items

Incorrectly sized items can either be exchanged for a different sized item or a Full Refund, minus the postage charges

Exchange items will be returned to you once you pay the return shipping charges

We do not accept returns on Incorrectly Sized Clothing (Helmets/Sunglasses are not classed as Clothing)

All Returns must be received within thirty days of you receiving your item

All items must be in a suitable condition for re-sale, i.e. not damaged in anyway

If the items are damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund, unless you pay for the relevant repairs. Failure to do so will result in the items being returned to you once return postage fees have been paid.

If you refuse to pay the repair costs or return shipping costs the item will be destroyed and you will not receive a refund

All Returns classed as 'Incorrectly Sized Items' must be sent back using a Recorded Delivery service

For all International Returns, Customs/Import Duties both leaving and entering the UK are the responsibility of the customer, not Velodrome-STS Ltd

If this returns procedure is not followed, we reserve the right to not accept your item

Unwanted Items

If you decide you do not want your item due to you not liking it etc, you can return the item under the following conditions

Faulty Items

If items are deemed to be defective we will only accept returns it the item is UNOPENED and UNUSED

If when the item is returned to us it is deemed to be faulty we will either exchange the item for no extra cost or offer you a full refund, it the item is not faulty it will be returned to you once return postage fees have been paid.

Collection of Faulty Items will be arranged by Velodrome-STS Ltd at your convenience for all UK based orders, International orders in this category will need to be sent back by the customer and Shipping Costs will be re-imbursed by Velodrome-STS Ltd upon receipt of the item and Invoice for the return costs.

All Returns must be received within thirty days of you receiving your item

All Faulty Item Returns must be sent back using a Recorded Delivery service

Items Damaged in the Post

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the parcel received in good condition.

If the package appears damaged please inspect the contents prior to accepting the parcel, make the courier wait, as when you sign for the item you are accepted it as being undamaged.

Failure to do so will affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

If the parcel/contents appear to be damaged do not hesitate to refuse a parcel if you suspect it is damaged.

Please contact us within 24 hours (working days) of refusing a parcel or if you have received damaged items.

If this procedure is not followed, we reserve the right to not accept your a return of item as any warranty/insurance claims with the courier may have become void by your actions

Incorrect Items (Not as Ordered)

If you have received an Incorrect Item (Not as Ordered) Velodrome-STS Ltd will collect this item from you at your convenience if you are UK based. International orders in this category will need to be sent back by the customer and Shipping Costs will be re-imbursed by Velodrome-STS Ltd upon receipt of the item and Invoice for the return costs.

All Incorrect Items (Not as Ordered) must be in a suitable condition for re-sale, i.e. not damaged in anyway
