Returns

All returns must be approved by Velodrome-STS Ltd prior to us receiving them back

If you wish to return your item you must contact us within seven days of receiving your item

Please email sales@velodrome.org.uk detailing why you would like to return the item, if approved you will then be give the relevant return shipping address in addition to a Velodrome-STS Ltd RMA Number to identify your return

All items must be received within thirty days of you receiving your item

We only accept items for return if they are UNOPENED, except if the return is for an incorrectly sized item

All items must be in a suitable condition for re-sale, i.e. not damaged in anyway

If this returns procedure is not followed, Velodrome-STS Ltd reserve the right to not accept your item

For all International Returns, Customs/Import Duties both leaving and entering the UK are the responsibility of the customer, not Velodrome-STS Ltd

Incorrectly Sized Items

We do accept returns on items that are incorrectly sized, as long as the items are in a suitable condition for re-sale, i.e. not damaged in anyway

If the items are damaged Velodrome-STS Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund, unless you pay for the relevant repairs

Incorrectly sized items can either be exchanged for a different sized item or a Full Refund, minus the postage charges

Exchange items returned to you will incur an additional postage charge

Faulty Items

If items are deemed to be defective we will only accept returns it the item is UNOPENED

If when the item is returned to Velodrome-STS Ltd and it is deemed to be faulty we will either exchange the item or offer you a full refund
