Shipping/Order Processing Time
Orders for Helmets/Wheels/Accessories received before 15:00hrs (UK Time) will normally be processed and dispatched the same day (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays)
Orders for Bikes/Frames etc received before 15:00hrs (UK Time) will normally be processed and dispatched within 48-72 workings hours (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays)
All orders are sent via Courier on either a 24hr (UK), 48hr (Europe) or 72hr (International) recorded service
Order Processing Times quoted are only estimates however we do aim to complete all orders within a maximum of five working days
Velodrome-STS Ltd shall not be liable for any delays caused (such as Postal Strikes, Customs or Customers not being available to accept delivery of items) except to the extent caused wilfully or negligently by Velodrome-STS Ltd. However, unless we have agreed a longer period for delivery with you, we will either deliver goods and/or services within thirty days of you placing the order or we will let you know as soon as it will not be possible to meet this obligation. If we do let you know then we will either agree a new time for delivery with you or, at your request, refund any monies paid by you in respect of the delayed goods/services if you do not receive your item within thirty days
European/International (Outside of the United Kingdom) Orders

Products manufactured by Dolan Bikes UK Ltd such as Dolan, Alpina/Wing TT and Navigator can not be shipped directly to the USA
For all International Orders, Customs/Import Duties are the responsibility of the customer, not Velodrome-STS Ltd
International Orders can only be purchase in either Euros (€) or GBP (£ Sterling), your Card Company/Bank etc will then convert the amount into your currency in order for you to benefit from the best possible Foreign Exchange rate

Receiving your Order
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please sign for the parcel as "DAMAGED" and retain all packaging until we inform you of how to proceed. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so will affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

Ready to Ride
Regardless of your location every product ordered from Velodromeshop.org.uk is sent in a Ready-to-Use condition.
For example, all bikes are fully assembled, unless specified, by our mechanics, the only thing you need to do is insert the wheels, turn the handlebars and attach your pedals
Every product is also tested under our strict Quality Control procedures in order to comply with the relevant UK safety legislation and so that we can guarantee every product that leaves Velodromeshop.org.uk is in full working order and excellent condition
