The time has gone when Cycling Helmets were just designed to minimise the risk of injury, designers of the Casco Warp III helmet performed in-depth motion studies in a wind tunnel, studying posture, aerodynamic efficiency and velocity.

The use of posture of a variety of riders, from Olympic Champions to National level competitors were mapped against aerodynamic efficiency and the results were that no matter what body height or build the Casco Warp III always give the most ideal aerodynamic posture, meaning the 2010 Casco Warp III is the most aerodynamic helmet ever!

Prototype models, built using proprietary CAD tools and rapid prototyping equipment were then sent out at the end of 2008 for testing in the wind tunnel.
They clocked air resistance at a speed of 100MPH to confirm that the new design was more aerodynamically and ergonomically efficient than anything that has ever been produced.

Size L = 58 - 62cm

The 2010 Casco Warp III differs from the Casco Warp II in the red line in between the
black carbon and white carbon is now Red Real Leather seal. The 'Vents' have again been altered to allow a greater aerodynamic profile and more ventilation
The Visor has a new nose protector and is now detachable, replacement Visors in Tint and Clear will be available later in the year

ISO 9001-2000



Casco helmet and eyewear manufactory has recently received the ISO 9001-2000 certification. In an in-depth test process CASCO could fulfil every aspect of the ISO standard. The certification according to ISO 9001-2000 confirms to the enterprise that it disposes of a quality assurance system by means of which all customer demands can be fulfilled at a constant high level.

In the CASCO Monocoque™-Inmold-process, outer shell and shock absorbing inner shell are jointed to an inseparable component. This creates a lightweight as well as extremely solid composite with the highest stress values and a perfect joint finish.
